Project Challenge


Helene Mathieu Legal Consultants, HMLC Law based out of Dubai was looking for a way to connect with potential customers during pandemic to ensure business sustainability.

The pandemic caused a drop in regular clientele for the firm and a digital strategy was needed to use the online medium to attract clients.

The Research


The BAO team conducted extensive research for the Dubai and Middle East market to better understand key areas which could be a potential strategy for HMLC.

The research yielded that the major problems potential customers were facing were related to the business liquidation process as well as VISA issues for the migrant workforce.

BAO created a Digital marketing strategy and a content rollout plan for HMLC.

The content rollout plan included an exhaustive research based list for content buckets for immediate rollout.

BAO rebranding HMLC social media pages and website as per best practices.

HMLC website had a new section added with SEO optimized blogs being updated regularly.

BAO created a targeted campaign on facebook targeted towards imparting knowledge to deal with VISA issues in UAE with a strong call to action.
